We’re pleased to announce that CAFKA (Contemporary Art Forum of Kitchener + Area) will be hosting a multisolving roundtable specifically focused on arts & culture.
We know that there as been a lot of organizing recently in our community around how best to support the arts, whether through Pat The Dog Theatre Creation’s unconference gatherings, the recent open house with Ontario Arts Council & Canada Council for the Arts, and the Uncovering Barriers for Visual Artists report recently published by local artists Brenda Mabel Reid, Sharl G. Smith, and Julie Hall. We aim to build upon this important work to uncover our most important shared priorities for arts and culture in Waterloo Region.
